1. Who We Are

This site is operated by Nathalie Frias, founder of Silent Voices Elder Advocacy, based in Jacksonville, Arkansas. We sell physical merchandise, printed notebooks, and digital products through this site and connected storefronts.

2. Products & Orders

Physical products are fulfilled through print-on-demand partners. Prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or errors in pricing.

Product images are for illustration purposes. Colors and finishes seen on screen may vary slightly from the finished product.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Paid Subscriptions & Digital Access

Paid subscribers to Silent Voices Elder Advocacy receive access to the following content as long as their subscription remains active:

The Billable Inferno

Dark comedy stories drawn from years working in healthcare and office environments. This content is exclusive to paid subscribers and is not available to free readers.

The Metastasis Novelettes

Serialized fiction following CMS auditor Anastasia Mercer through the Whitmore County universe. Free readers receive the prologue. Every subsequent chapter requires a paid subscription.

The Personal Category

Essays covering our work, the cases, and topics that do not fit neatly into other categories. Exclusive to paid subscribers.

Law Firm Directory Listing (One-Time Purchase, $20)

A one-time paid listing in the Silent Voices Law Firm Directory. The directory is visible to families navigating elder care and wrongful death situations. This is a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription.

Subscription access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share login credentials or distribute subscriber-only content. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. To cancel, contact us at contact@nathaliefrias.net or manage your subscription through your account settings.

5. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse on print-on-demand items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@nathaliefrias.net and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

6. Intellectual Property

All written content, fiction, articles, graphics, and branding on this site belong to Nathalie Frias and Silent Voices Elder Advocacy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without written permission.

7. Disclaimer

The advocacy content and articles on this site are for informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, medical, or professional advice. Silent Voices Elder Advocacy is not a law firm and Nathalie Frias is not an attorney.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Silent Voices Elder Advocacy and Nathalie Frias are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or purchase of any product.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Pulaski County, Arkansas.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
